Pre-approved Paint Book

We have engaged with a professional paint consultant that works with Sherwin-Williams® to establish a paint scheme for our community.  The paint book consists of 24 base colors, along with 2 trim color options and 2 accent color options. This equals a total of 96 color combinations!  We recommend that you purchase your exterior paint from Sherwin Williams, as this will ensure paint color accuracy (as opposed to color matching at other stores). 

You still need to submit an ARC form even for the preapproved colors. Stop by the office, review the book, fill out the form, and the staff will approve your color combination from the book on the spot.
