Pursuant to the March 23, 2020 “Stay at Home” Order Issued by the City & County of Denver, through the Executive Director, Denver Department of Public Health & Environment, be advised:
The GVR Metropolitan District is operating on a substantially limited basis. Due to the presence of COVID-19 in the State and in the City and County of Denver, the District’s operations will be limited to performing Essential Infrastructure and Essential Governmental Functions.
We are temporarily making the following changes:
The District’s Offices will be closed to the public except by appointment.
For HOA: Please address your concerns by sending an email to email@example.com.
For Metro District: Please call 303-307-3242 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
These changes will be in effect until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience; the District is trying to do its part to slow the spread of COVID-19 to the greatest extent possible.
In response to public awareness and CDC and State recommendations the GVR Master Homeowners Association will not hold In Person meetings until further notice. Colorado has declared a State of Emergency and most public entities are recommending all Non-Essential public gatherings be halted. Virtual Board meetings and Committee meetings will take place at the regularly scheduled time via a conference line. Board members and committee members will be available for discussions with homeowners regarding appeals and disputes.

All meetings are held at the GVR Metro District offices, located at 18650 E. 45th Ave., with the exception of the Annual Homeowner Meeting & Board meeting in September (meetings held at the GVR Rec Center).
Board Meetings: The 3rd Monday of the month @ 6:00 PM
ARC Committee Meetings: The 2nd Thursday of the month (October - March) @ 4:30 PM
Held the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month (Apr - Sept) @ 4:30 PM
ARC forms are due the week before (no later than the Thursday at 5 PM) before a meeting to be reviewed at that meeting.
Hearing Committee Meetings: The 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 6:00 PM
